clinical supervision

Hi there!

If you are a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), who is licensed in the State of Texas, you have come to the right place.

Free Initial Consultation

$30/Hr. Supervisory Session (Tele-conferencing)

Clinical Supervisions are held Monday through Friday between the hours of 5pm-8pm. These will be arranged based on the supervisory agreement.

This method of supervision is approved by the Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners.

Why are the prices so reasonable?

I believe in paying it forward to fellow social workers as we work incredibly difficult jobs, extreme hours, all while risking our own safety and being paid below average. I would love to see more successful licensed social workers in the field earning what they truly deserve.

I also had the pleasure of having an AMAZING clinical supervisor who represents an illustrious ‘Divine Nine’ organization who had the same exact philosophy and from her I learned about paying it forward even when it pays you less because one’s value is not in the earning but rather about the good one pours into others. Thank you, Felicia, LCSW-S!

what makes me different?

Affordable: One-of-a-kind clinical supervision at a reasonable and competitive rate.

Accessible: Teleconferencing method of supervision provided for all including those who are in other parts of Texas, are temporarily out of Texas or are unable to meet face to face.

Quality & Detail-Oriented: Tailored to your professional goals, with the inclusion of the ten core social work competencies and fundamental traits of a LCSW.

Process

The first step is scheduling an initial consultation and completing the questionnaire at no cost to you. During the initial phone call, we will discuss your goals, expectations, and clinical experience. In addition, I will answer any questions and address any concerns you may have about the supervision process.

If we mutually agree to the supervisory relationship, we will schedule a meeting to complete the required documents for the Texas State Board, and finalize the supervision contract and plan.
